Bark Signs Patent Technology Transfer Agreement with Soonchunhyang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation
Recovery footwear brand Bark announced on the 8th that it has acquired patented technology transferred from the Suncheonhyang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation. With this, Bark has obtained its fourth patent right. The company holds 13 trademarks.
The newly transferred patented technology involves a configuration for a shoe set capable of rehabilitation treatment, designed in a detachable form that combines upper and lower parts, allowing assembly according to therapeutic functions.
Bark's products insert balance foam in two areas where the most weight is applied through gait analysis, designed to absorb shock on the soles and help promote proper walking.
