Hwaseong City Conducts Joint Inspection of Public Rental Facilities in Hyangnam and Bongdam

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 25th that it conducted a joint inspection of public rental housing facilities on the 24th to improve the living environment for tenants of rental housing.
The joint inspection team for public rental housing is checking the fall prevention facilities of the ventilation ducts within the rental apartment complex.

The inspection targeted Hangnam District Hanumul 5 Complex and Bongdam District Humansia Donghwa Village 3 Complex. The inspection involved the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) Southern Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters, as well as the Hwaseong and Osan Architects Association.
The inspection was divided into five areas: ▲building condition (exterior walls, roof, fire and electrical facilities, etc.) ▲facility safety (elevators, emergency exits, evacuation routes, etc.) ▲environmental management (parking lots, waste, etc.) ▲common facilities (playgrounds, CCTV, access control systems, etc.) ▲other matters (tenant inconveniences, emergency response manuals, etc.).
