The Work-Study Dual Training Center at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Youngdo) recently held the "2024 New Technology Experience Camp to Promote High School Level Work-Study Dual Training" in collaboration with Dayang High School, a Meister School, at the Industry-Academia Cooperation Center and the AI Cafe.

View original imageOn the 10th, fifteen third-year students from the Meister class at Dayang High School, along with the head of the Meister Education Department and supervising teachers, visited the university to participate in the new technology experience camp, which included AI-based songwriting and composition practice, VR experiences, and a "Solar Robot Making Workshop."
This camp was organized as a way to promote work-study dual training at the high school level, aiming to provide students with opportunities to experience new technologies, present career development roadmaps, and motivate them in their training.
Students from Dayang High School shared, "It is fascinating to see new jobs emerging as electronics-related fields develop, and hearing about future occupations has made me want to further develop my current practical skills," expressing their growing interest in jobs related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Kim Changdong, head of the Work-Study Dual Training Center at Dong-Eui Institute of Technology, said, "The new technology experience camp is essential for nurturing new technology experts," and added, "We will continue to contribute to student development with even more advanced programs in the future."
