On the same day, Kim Seong-jung, the First Deputy Governor of Gyeonggi Province, visited Seonggyeongwon, a homeless rehabilitation facility in Dongducheon City, to encourage the staff and residents. Established in 1987, Seonggyeongwon currently houses 131 homeless individuals and employs 26 facility staff members.
