Sahmyook University Achieves 'A Grade' in 2024 University Innovation Support Project Performance Evaluation
Education Innovation Performance and Self-Performance Management Grade A
Approximately 6 Billion KRW Secured for the 3rd Year Project Budget
On the 19th, Samyook University announced that it received an A grade in both the Educational Innovation Performance and Self-Performance Management categories in the '2024 University Innovation Support Project Performance Evaluation' announced by the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea.
The University Innovation Support Project is a financial support initiative by the Ministry of Education aimed at fostering high-quality university education and nurturing future talents through autonomous innovation by each university. A total of 117 universities, including 51 in the metropolitan area, are participating.
Samyook University received high evaluations in the Educational Innovation Performance category for guaranteeing and expanding major selection rights and establishing a Major Design Support Center. In the Self-Performance Management category, it earned an A grade for achieving target values of autonomous performance indicators and establishing an effective performance management system.
As a result of receiving A grades in both categories of this performance evaluation, Samyook University secured approximately 6 billion KRW in the third-year project budget, including performance evaluation incentives.
