The detoured buses include Express 1, 2, 4, 101, 103, and others, and will be rerouted via Daeheung-ro and Uam-ro from the first bus on August 7 to the last bus on August 17.
To minimize inconvenience for passengers, the city will set up temporary bus stops for each route and provide real-time bus arrival information through the Bus Information Terminal (BIT).
Volunteers will also be stationed at the bus stops to assist the elderly, people with disabilities, and other transportation-vulnerable groups.
For detailed information on detour routes and temporary bus stops, please refer to the Daejeon Transportation Information Center or the Daejeon 0-si Festival website.
Choi Jongmun, Director of Daejeon City Transportation Bureau, said, "If you are passing through traffic control areas, please check the bus routes and detour roads in advance, and we encourage you to use public transportation as much as possible when visiting the festival site."
Meanwhile, the Daejeon 0-si Festival will be held from August 9 to 17 along Jungang-ro, from Daejeon Station to the former Chungnam Provincial Government Office area and nearby old downtown commercial districts, with all vehicle traffic fully restricted.
