Baekho, President of Seoul Metro, visited Sinnnae Station on Line 6 on the 23rd to inspect the on-site safety management status.
President Baekho reviewed the possibility of installing new gates in response to the increase in passengers due to public land development around Sinnnae Station. Additionally, he examined whether there were any improvements needed for the single-track platform in preparation for increased train frequency.
Currently, Sinnnae Station only has gates managed by Korail for the Gyeongchun Line, and there are no separate gates managed by Seoul Metro for Line 6 Sinnnae Station, causing inconvenience to passengers.
