Blue M Tech to Issue 20 Billion KRW Worth of Bonds with Warrants
Blue M Tech announced on the 11th that it has decided to issue the 3rd series of bearer, non-interest-bearing, unsecured private placement bonds with warrants to raise a total of 20 billion KRW for operating and facility funds.
The exercise price is 17,297 KRW per share, and 1,156,269 common shares will be issued upon exercising the warrants, which accounts for 10.62% of the total number of shares.
Blue M Tech will use the funds to acquire 1.1 million shares of Delphi LLC for approximately 11 billion KRW.
This corresponds to 23.88% of its equity capital.

After the acquisition, the ownership ratio will be 37.29%. The scheduled acquisition date is July 12. The purpose of the acquisition is business diversification through infrastructure establishment.
