Phil Energy to Participate in Battery Show Europe 2024... Showcasing New Technologies Including 46-Pi Winder
Secondary battery equipment manufacturer Phil Energy announced on the 24th that it showcased its technological prowess by attending a battery industry exhibition held in Europe. The company presented products equipped with excellent technology, including the 46-pi winder (winder·coil winder), which is gaining attention as the next-generation battery, as well as laser notching and stacking equipment.
Phil Energy participated in the battery industry exhibition, Battery Show Europe 2024, held in Stuttgart, Germany, from the 19th of this month.
At this event, Phil Energy actively introduced the 46-pi cylindrical battery winder. This equipment integrates the notching process, which precisely processes the cathode and anode surfaces of cylindrical batteries, and the winding process that coils the cathode, anode, and separator. The notching process incorporates Phil Energy’s advanced laser technology. Through this product, Phil Energy expanded its business scope from prismatic batteries to cylindrical batteries.
The company also promoted its core product, medium-to-large prismatic battery stacking equipment. In this regard, it actively explained the technology for precise laser processing of the cathode composite part. Phil Energy has completed the laser notching technology for the composite part, which combines the anode active material and electrode plate (copper foil), as a priority.
A Phil Energy representative said, “The laser technology that only Phil Energy can realize, as well as the increased work efficiency through full automation, received high acclaim. We held productive meetings with multiple global companies and expect these to lead to tangible results.”
