JCS Medical, Change of Major Shareholder
JCS Medical announced on the 10th that its largest shareholder is scheduled to change to Syracuse Subco.
Syracuse Subco is a corporation newly established in Korea by Archimed in April, and it announced that from this day until the 22nd of next month, it will conduct a tender offer to purchase 55,724,838 common shares of JCS Medical at 13,000 KRW per share. This corresponds to 72.0% of the total potential issued shares of JCS Medical.
The total amount is approximately 724.4 billion KRW, and NH Investment & Securities is the lead manager for the tender offer.
