Ulsan City Holds 'Infection Prevention Activity UCC' Contest for Elementary, Middle, and High School Students
Expectations for School Infectious Disease Prevention and Encouragement of Student Infection Prevention Activities
Ulsan City, in collaboration with the Infectious Disease Management Support Group, will hold a user-created content (UCC) contest for infection prevention activities from June 1 to 28.
This contest, under the theme "I Am the Infection Guardian of Our School," is open to elementary, middle, and high school students in Ulsan.
Participants are invited to submit their own creative and unique infection prevention activities that can be practiced in school life, in formats such as video diaries (V-logs) like Shorts or Reels, interviews, animated cartoons, or infographics.
Submitted works will be evaluated, and prizes will be awarded as follows: 200,000 KRW for the grand prize (1 individual/team), 150,000 KRW for the first prize (2 individuals/teams), 100,000 KRW for the excellence prize (3 individuals/teams), and 50,000 KRW for the encouragement prize (3 individuals/teams).
The winning works will be used as promotional materials through the Ulsan Infectious Disease Management Support Group and the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education websites.

An official from Ulsan City stated, "We expect this contest to motivate students to actively participate in infection prevention activities," and added, "We hope to see a lot of fun and diverse promotional content through the enthusiastic participation of students."
