Jin Gyohoon, Gangseo-gu Mayor, Communicates While Having Lunch with Students
Jin Gyo-hoon, Mayor of Gangseo District Office in Seoul, visited Gangseo University on the 16th and spent time communicating with students over lunch.
Mayor Jin introduced the youth policies being promoted by the district and arranged the meeting to listen more closely to the practical difficulties faced by young people.
On this day, students presented various opinions including ▲adjustment of village bus routes ▲creation of a grass field within the school ▲establishment of a youth startup center.
In response, Mayor Jin said, “In addition to establishing facilities for youth, starting next year, the youth center Gangseo Orang, currently operated by the city, will be directly managed by the district to provide support by linking various programs such as employment and psychological counseling.” He also said, “Since matters such as changing village bus routes in front of the school and creating a grass field on campus require sufficient discussion and review, we will continue to communicate with related organizations and strive to resolve students’ difficulties.”
