Dong-Eui Science University Holds Workshop for New Nurses' Field Adaptation
Dong-Eui Institute of Technology (President Kim Young-do) DIT WARM Simulation Center held a workshop for the new nurse field adaptation program "Saengsaeng: 生生 (Living Nurse, Saving Nurse)" on April 30.
This workshop was organized as part of the "Nursing College Practical Education Support Project" led by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, targeting new nurses and job seekers in 2024 who need clinical field work adaptation.
The workshop began with a welcome speech by Center Director Park Ji-won and proceeded with field-based nursing scenario operations and key core skill performances, including "Simulation Practice Education for Respiratory Infection Patients" and "Practice Education for Hemodialysis Patients with Open Wounds."

Center Director Park Ji-won stated, "As the medical environment increasingly demands skilled and competent nurses, we hope this workshop will enhance the practical field capabilities of new nurses struggling with work adaptation and enable them to quickly adjust to clinical settings and provide high-quality nursing care."
