Samsung to Conduct Samsung Aptitude Test for Job Positions in the First Half of 2024

Samsung announced on the 28th that it conducted the Samsung Job Aptitude Test (GSAT·Global Samsung Aptitude Test) for job applicants on the 27th and 28th.

View original imageThis test was conducted at 19 affiliates including Samsung Electronics, Samsung Display, Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Samsung SDI, Samsung SDS, and Samsung Biologics. Samsung has been carrying out the recruitment process since the application submission began in March. Following this, new employees are finally selected through job suitability evaluation, the Samsung Job Aptitude Test, interviews (in May), and health checkups (in June).
The Samsung Job Aptitude Test evaluates comprehensive thinking ability to flexibly solve given situations rather than fragmented knowledge. It was conducted by affiliate in the morning and afternoon sessions. Since 2020, Samsung has been conducting the Samsung Job Aptitude Test online for the ninth time. Applicants can take the test using a PC in an independent location. To ensure smooth progress, Samsung held a preliminary gathering for test takers to check the network and PC environment of all applicants.
