Hankyong National University of Technology Selected as ‘Excellent’ in Public Institution Customer Satisfaction for 2 Consecutive Years
100% Achievement Rate of Previous Business Goals, the 'Only' One Among Ministry of Employment and Labor Affiliated Organizations
Korea University of Technology and Education announced on the 18th that it has been selected as an ‘Excellent’ institution, the highest grade, for two consecutive years in the 2023 Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey announced by the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The Public Institution Customer Satisfaction Survey is conducted annually targeting customers of each institution to evaluate how well public institutions have practiced autonomous and innovative customer-centered management. In 2023, the survey was conducted on 183 public institutions, and 45 institutions received the ‘Excellent’ rating.
KUTE was the only institution under the Ministry of Employment and Labor to be selected as an ‘Excellent’ institution in both 2022 and 2023.
KUTE achieved 100% of all business goals subject to the customer satisfaction survey and appointed about 20 employees from the university and affiliated institutions as the first cohort of ‘CS (Customer Service) Leaders,’ spreading the CS mindset company-wide and nurturing in-house instructors capable of analyzing and coaching CS competencies, making continuous efforts to improve customer service.
