Icheon-si, Recruiting SMEs for Support to Participate in Domestic Exhibitions
Support of 2 Million KRW for Booth Rental, Equipment, and Promotional Material Production Costs
Gyeonggi-do Icheon City announced on the 20th that it will recruit businesses to participate in the 'Domestic Exhibition (Fair) for Small and Medium Enterprises' by the 29th to support the technological capabilities and product promotion activities of small and medium-sized enterprises within the city.
This project provides support of 2 million KRW per business for basic booth rental fees, installation costs, promotional material production costs, etc., when companies participate in domestic exhibitions. Eligible applicants are small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises (factory-registered businesses) with headquarters or factories located in Icheon City as of the application date.
The city plans to select around 12 businesses through document screening and evaluation based on domestic and international quality certification achievements, excellent quality certifications, and exhibition preparation status. Companies wishing to participate can apply by visiting the Icheon City Corporate Economy Division or by mail.
Previously, Icheon City explained that through this project last year, it supported 15 companies, achieving 2,539 consultations worth 5.11 billion KRW, and after the exhibition, 1,968 contracts worth 638 million KRW were pursued.
