Through this agreement, the AI Work Center introduced by Cresoti is a generative AI service that creates AI agents capable of working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It features real-time responses to large-scale consultations coming through various channels, as well as functions such as mass phone calls and text messaging. This minimizes the waiting time for pharmacists seeking consultations and enables the establishment of a systematic response process, including simple consultations and preliminary issue reception, for pharmacies operating during hours without staff presence, such as 365 pharmacies and late-night pharmacies.
Cresoti plans to first apply the AI Work Center to pharmacies currently using its pharmacy payment system, PharmPay, and gradually expand to more pharmacies. It is expected to improve customer satisfaction and enhance work productivity for approximately 14,000 transaction pharmacies nationwide.
