AfreecaTV Signs Streaming Partnership with eSports Team DRX
AfreecaTV announced on the 21st that it has signed an exclusive streaming partnership with the Valorant team of the global esports management group DRX, along with a total of 10 players from other esports disciplines.
Founded in 2018, DRX is an esports management company that operates professional teams in various games, and also engages in game content production, marketing and management, as well as development projects through its academy.
Through this partnership, AfreecaTV will be able to showcase personal broadcasts not only of the DRX League of Legends (LoL) LCK team, which has been streaming since 2022, but also of the Valorant team and players from various games such as Warcraft 3, Tekken, and Street Fighter.
