Ansan Jugong 6-Danji Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project Confirmed as Two-Way Contest... Daewoo Construction Also Participates in Construction Bidding
As a result of the bidding for the construction contractor of the Ansan-si Danwon-gu Jugong 6 Complex Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project, two companies, POSCO E&C and Daewoo Engineering & Construction, participated.
POSCO E&C proposed the complex name “THE SHARP FirstONE.” It means the first, the only, and the one and only complex, with a plan to make it the best landmark as the first complex proposed under the THE SHARP brand in Ansan.
This project involves demolishing the Jugong 6 Complex apartments in Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, and transforming them into a complex with up to 36 floors, 9 buildings, and 1,017 households. POSCO E&C proposed to offer owners a premium of 720 million KRW per household by increasing sales revenue and reducing financial costs.
As a core strategy to increase sales revenue, they proposed a unique alternative design in collaboration with overseas design firms to emphasize differentiation. Based on POSCO E&C’s premium complex design expertise and technology, they plan to maximize product value through differentiation from surrounding complexes.
POSCO E&C designed the complex with a higher level than surrounding complexes to maximize openness and provide a private living experience by differentiating the complex.
Additionally, residents can enjoy special experiences through sky bridges and sky communities applied to this high-end complex, and the complex is designed with 100% cross ventilation and a south-facing orientation to enhance the quality of living spaces, the essence of residential life.
