Kumho Tire Signs Logistics Supply Chain Solution Agreement with Musk
Kumho Tire announced on the 23rd that it has signed an agreement for mutual cooperation in the field of logistics supply chain solutions with the Danish global shipping company 'Maersk' at Kumho Tire headquarters located in Jongno-gu, Seoul.
As a customer of Maersk's maritime transportation services, Kumho Tire will utilize the global integrated logistics services provided by Maersk through this agreement.
Kumho Tire will manage its logistics supply chain by using Maersk's 4PL (4th Party Logistics) solutions for five years and domestic multimodal transportation services for three years.
Maersk is expected to manage more than 40,000 FFE (containers) of Kumho Tire cargo annually starting next year.

By gaining visibility and control over the logistics process, Kumho Tire will be able to track and manage cargo in real time, and through domestic multimodal transportation services, it expects to streamline logistics processes, reduce transportation time, and lower logistics costs.
