The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter referred to as Kibo) announced on the 22nd that it held the '2023 New Employee Induction Ceremony' at the main auditorium of its headquarters located in Nam-gu, Busan. The ceremony was organized to welcome the new employees selected through a competition ratio of 35 to 1. About 300 people, including 74 new employees, their families, and Kibo staff, attended the ceremony, which was held as a family-inclusive event.
Kibo hired 74 new employees to actively respond to the government's youth job creation policy amid a complex economic crisis. The new hires were selected by job field as follows: ▲61 in technology guarantee and technology evaluation ▲8 in IT ▲5 in bond management. Additionally, to fulfill its social responsibilities as a public institution through balanced recruitment, Kibo hired ▲32 talents from non-metropolitan areas ▲6 employment support candidates (veterans), among others.

This year, among more than 1,100 applicants for doctoral and science and engineering positions, Kibo hired ▲10 doctoral personnel ▲29 science and engineering personnel, and also selected professionals such as lawyers, patent attorneys, and accountants.
