Food and life e-commerce company Uriuishiktak announced on the 18th that its Jeju corporation Culture Hero Jeju has opened a matcha specialty cafe 'Glossy Matcha (GLOSSY MATCHA)' in Jocheon-eup, Jeju City.
Glossy Matcha is located along the east coastal road from Jeju International Airport to Hamdeok Beach, allowing visitors to enjoy the view of the Jeju sea and green landscaping together. It is a complex space of about 3,300㎡ (approximately 1,000 pyeong) where various matcha drinks and desserts can be enjoyed. The company explained that Glossy Matcha, which had a pre-opening on the 15th of last month, has surpassed about 1,000 visitors within two weeks of its official opening through word of mouth.
At Glossy Matcha, matcha made from 100% organic first-harvest first leaves cultivated at Seogwipo Ecological Farm is offered, delivering a smooth and rich flavor. It is explained that high-quality matcha is used, produced through unique processing techniques and distribution management in collaboration with experts. Visitors can also taste pure yanggaeng made with Jeju-produced antibiotic-free milk and Jeju agricultural products.
