Kakao Launches 'Regular Customer Challenge' with Small Business Owners Nationwide
Kakao announced on the 11th that it will launch the 'Kakao Regular Customer Challenge' (hereinafter referred to as the Regular Customer Challenge) for small and medium-sized merchants nationwide who want to communicate with more customers through digital transformation.
The Regular Customer Challenge is a partner development program conducted for both online and offline business operators. It is a win-win activity by Kakao to support small and medium-sized merchants, carried out together with 'Our Neighborhood Regular Market,' which helps the digital transformation of traditional markets. Any online or offline small business operator who wants to communicate with regular customers through the KakaoTalk channel can participate.
Partners who wish to participate in the challenge can apply through the Regular Customer Challenge page on the Kakao website by December 8. After completing the application, the challenge ends when the mission provided by Kakao, 'Make 1,000 KakaoTalk Channel Friends,' is achieved by December 31.
Kakao will provide up to 1.4 million KRW in KakaoTalk channel message sending support funds to help participating partners successfully complete the challenge. Various customized educational materials for mission achievement will also be provided. For partners new to KakaoTalk channels, guidance will be offered on how to create a channel, promote it, gather friends, and share success stories. Partners who complete the mission will receive 1 million KRW for KakaoTalk channel message sending costs along with an official Kakao certification plaque. Special seminars that can help business growth and opportunities for business promotion will also be provided.
