Busan Port Authority Selected as Excellent Talent Development Institution for the Second Consecutive Time
Busan Port Authority (BPA) was selected as a Best HRD (Human Resource Development) institution in the public sector for 2023 on the 19th.
The Best HRD certification system, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is a program that awards certification to institutions demonstrating excellent performance in human resource management and development, such as fair recruitment based on competency and providing continuous training opportunities to employees.
A total of 48 institutions in the public sector were selected as Best HRD institutions this year.

BPA was recognized for contributing to organizational performance through personnel management based on job classification and competency systems, as well as the advancement of customized competency development programs. Since obtaining new certification in 2020, BPA has maintained its status as a Best HRD institution for two consecutive terms. The certification is valid for three years until 2026.
