POSCO E&C 'The Sharp Uijeongbu Station Link City' Scheduled for Sale in October
POSCO E&C announced on the 28th that it plans to launch sales of 'The Sharp Uijeongbu Station Link City,' located on the site of the Camp LaGuardia urban development project in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province, this coming October.

View original imageThe complex will consist of 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 48 floors above ground, with a total of 1,401 households. Approximately 30,000㎡ of parkland will be created as part of the public contribution. The units are divided by exclusive area as follows: ▲84㎡ with 1,058 households ▲112㎡ with 339 households ▲162㎡ with 2 households ▲165㎡ with 2 households.
The complex will feature 'antibacterial yellow soil ducts' that supply high-quality air, and UV-C LED sterilization lighting will be installed inside the elevators to eliminate fine viruses and bacteria. The smart home service 'AiQ TECH' allows residents to control lighting, heating, gas shutoff, and ventilation remotely. Electric vehicle charging outlets with billing functions will be installed on parking lot pillars. Parking spaces are secured at a ratio of 1.37 spaces per household.
Community facilities include a sports zone with a fitness center, GX room, indoor golf practice range, and table tennis room, as well as a family zone equipped with a small library, kids’ room, meeting room, open study room, and private study room. Facilities reflecting the latest residential trends, such as a central stair-step garden caf? connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, terrace-style guest houses, and single-person studios, will also be introduced.
Right in front of the complex, a public multi-purpose government building and a sports and cultural park will be established. Convenient access is available to Shinsegae Department Store, Eulji University Hospital, CGV, Jeil Market, and the Rodeo commercial district. Schools such as Uijeongbu Seo Elementary and Daon Middle School are within walking distance, and Uijeongbu Middle School, Uijeongbu Girls’ Middle and High Schools, as well as a cluster of private academies, are nearby.
Transportation conditions are favorable, with Uijeongbu Station on Subway Line 1 within walking distance, and Heungseon Station on the Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit also nearby. Next year, the suburban line running from Neunggok Station in Goyang City to Uijeongbu Station is scheduled to open. Notably, Uijeongbu Station will be connected to the GTX (Great Train Express) C Line, which began construction this year and is expected to open in 2028, allowing travel to Samsung Station in just five stops.
