Hoban Construction to Open First-Come, First-Served Contracts on the 12th (Sat) for 'Hoban Summit Park Edition' Embracing Yeonhui Park in Incheon

Hoban Construction announced that it will conduct first-come, first-served contracts for the remaining units of ‘Hoban Summit Park Edition,’ supplied within Yeonhui Park in Incheon, starting from Saturday, August 12.

Hoban Summit Park Edition offers various financial benefits such as installment payment of the deposit and interest support on interim payments to reduce the financial burden on contract holders. By applying benefits including two installments of the deposit and interest support of up to 1.5% if the interim payment loan interest rate exceeds 4%, the initial burden on buyers has been lowered.

Hoban Summit Park Edition is a large apartment complex consisting of 10 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 34, with a total of 1,370 households ranging from 84 to 99㎡ in exclusive area. The number of households by exclusive area is ▲ 84㎡A 607 units ▲ 84㎡B 52 units ▲ 84㎡C 268 units ▲ 99㎡ 443 units, all of which are medium to large-sized units with high scarcity value.

Hoban Summit Park Edition is supplied through a private park special project.
