Classical Performance Planning Company WonArt Launched... "Making Your Performance Shine Brighter"
WONArt, a classical concert planning company that plans and organizes classical performances, officially launched on the 28th, the company announced.
WONArt is a comprehensive planning company that conducts various types of classical performances, including vocal and instrumental music. It collaborates with vocalists and performers preparing concerts to manage the entire process from concert planning to promotion, marketing, and execution.
In addition, WONArt plans to revitalize the recently sluggish domestic classical concert market by utilizing ▲live commerce ▲SNS live streaming ▲augmented/virtual reality, which existing concert planning companies have not pursued.
Furthermore, WONArt intends to expand performances beyond Seoul and the metropolitan area, starting with venues centered in Seoul and the metropolitan area, to regions outside the metropolitan area, thereby broadening the scope of performances that have been concentrated in Seoul and the metropolitan area to nationwide, expanding the base of domestic classical culture.
WONArt CEO Lee Sewon, who holds a master's degree in Cultural Arts from the Graduate School of Cultural Convergence at Sungkyunkwan University, plans to offer high-quality performances to classical artists and audiences based on his experience of planning and organizing over 1,000 performances at top domestic venues such as the Seoul Arts Center, Sejong Center for the Performing Arts, Lotte Concert Hall, Kumho Art Hall, and Youngsan Art Hall.
CEO Lee Sewon of WONArt stated, "The recent reality of the domestic classical music scene is that even artists with world-class musicality have struggled to attract audiences," adding, "WONArt will widely promote the beauty of Korean classical music to a larger public through various methods."
