KCC Construction's 'Seogwanggyo Park Switzen' has attracted attention after being selected as the '2023 Suwon City Excellent Apartment Construction Complex.'
On June 30, Suwon City awarded KCC Construction for their sincere efforts to improve the quality of apartment construction, recognizing Seogwanggyo Park Switzen as the '2023 Suwon City Excellent Apartment Construction Complex.' On the same day, Park Kwang-on, a local member of the National Assembly, also commended the project for its safe site management and high-quality construction, which led to the perfect completion of the work.
Seogwanggyo Park Switzen, selected as an excellent construction complex in 2023, began occupancy in May. Built as part of the Suwon 111-5 District Housing Reconstruction Maintenance Project, the apartment complex consists of 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 52 to 84 square meters, totaling 1,130 households in this branded large-scale complex.
Located in Yeonmu-dong, Jangan-gu, where educational and convenience facilities are fully established, it has been highly popular since its pre-sale. As a new apartment built in Yeonmu-dong, where there had been no new housing supply for 15 years, KCC Construction made efforts to differentiate the product by applying advanced systems, eco-friendly energy designs, and IoT services.
