Gyeongbuk Office of Education Recruiting One Legal Advisor... Up to 6 Years of Service
Gyeongbuk Office of Education (Superintendent Lim Jong-sik) announced on the 30th that it will publicly recruit one competent and capable legal advisor to handle litigation and advisory work related to education and academic affairs from July 3 to July 14.
Applicants must be lawyers affiliated with a law office located in Gyeongsangbuk-do or Daegu as of the announcement date. The appointment period is two years, from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025, with the possibility of renewal up to three times.
Once appointed as a legal advisor, the lawyer will handle administrative appeals and litigation related to the Gyeongbuk Office of Education’s work, interpretation and application of laws, and legal advisory activities requested by the Superintendent of Gyeongbuk Office of Education.
The legal advisor will receive a fixed monthly advisory allowance and fees for written consultations, and litigation costs will be paid when handling lawsuits.

After receiving applications until July 14, the Gyeongbuk Office of Education plans to evaluate professionalism and diligence and select the candidate by the end of July.
