According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 1,032 households (including officetels and publicly supported private rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications in six locations nationwide during the third week of May. All units except for one location are concentrated in the metropolitan area.

In Seoul, where subscription results have been excellent, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted on the 16th for Saejeol Station Doosan We've Trageum located in Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu. The complex consists of 6 buildings from basement level 2 to 18 floors above ground, with a total of 424 households ranging from 59 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, of which 235 households will be sold to the general public. On the same day, subscription applications for officetels at Villiv Aiscent, being constructed in Bulgwang-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, will be accepted. The complex consists of 3 buildings from basement level 5 to 24 floors above ground, with a total of 415 units ranging from 67 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, of which 410 units will be sold.

In Gyeonggi Province, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted for Jungang Heights Geumgwang Premium Apartments (41 households) in Seongnam City and Siheung Central Hessen, being constructed on B-1 block in Wolgot-dong, Siheung City. The complex consists of 7 buildings from basement level 3 to 25 floors above ground, with a total of 494 households ranging from 59 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, of which 38 households will be sold to the general public.

In the provinces, subscription applications will be accepted on the 17th for Samjung Green Core Wellrest (258 households) in Seongsan, Changwon City, Gyeongnam Province.
