Seoul Eunpyeong and Mapo (Sangam) Double Living Zone Draws Attention from Buyers for 'Saejeol Station Doosan We’ve Trageum'
Double living zone apartments are gaining popularity in the sales market. These complexes allow residents to conveniently enjoy various living infrastructures across two areas, and thanks to their excellent residential convenience, sales transactions are also active.
Based on apartment transaction data from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport for this year (January 1 to April 17), the apartment complex with the highest number of sales transactions in Seoul was ‘Hoban Verdiium Stay One’ in Eunpyeong-gu, with 252 transactions. Although this complex is located in Eunpyeong-gu, it belongs to a double living zone area where residents can reach Goyang-si Samsong District, home to Starfield and E-Mart Traders, within 10 minutes by car.
Double living zone complexes also have stable prices. The 84.59㎡ exclusive area unit of ‘DMC Raemian e-Pyeonhansesang’ located in Bukgajwa-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, was traded for 980 million KRW (15th floor) in November last year and recently sold for 1.14 billion KRW (12th floor) this month. Despite the recent downward trend in Seoul’s housing prices, the apartment price increased by 160 million KRW, showing signs of price recovery. This complex is a double living zone apartment that allows residents to use infrastructures in both Seodaemun-gu and Mapo-gu, making it highly preferred by locals.
An industry insider stated, "Double living zone apartments offer abundant living infrastructure by allowing residents to access various convenience facilities, cultural facilities, and parks in both areas," adding, "Therefore, in a housing market focused on actual demand, double living zone complexes with excellent residential convenience are inevitably popular."
‘Saejeol Station Doosan We’ve Trezioum,’ soon to open in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, is also attracting attention as a double living zone apartment. Built by Doosan Construction in Sinsa-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, this complex allows residents to enjoy both Eunpyeong-gu and Mapo-gu Sangam living zones.

Additionally, leisure facilities such as Seoul World Cup Stadium, Haneul Park, and World Cup Park, along with media companies like MBC, SBS, KBC, YTN, TVN, and CJENM located in Sangam DMC (Digital Media City), are within a 2 km radius, allowing residents to share the Sangam living zone.
‘Saejeol Station Doosan We’ve Trezioum’ also boasts excellent residential conditions. Saejeol Station on Subway Line 6 is within walking distance, and the ‘Seobu Line’ light rail connecting Saejeol Station to Sinchon, Yeouido, and Seoul National University Station on Subway Line 2, as well as the ‘Goyang Eunpyeong Line’ project connecting Saejeol Station to Changneung New Town and Goyang City Hall, are underway, promising a future triple station area.
Moreover, at Digital Media City Station, just two stops away, transfers to the Airport Railroad and Gyeongui-Jungang Line are possible, making commuting to major business districts in Seoul convenient. The GTX-A line is scheduled to open at nearby Yeonsinnae Station, and once operational, it will take only 5 minutes from Eunpyeong to Seoul Station and 10 minutes to Gangnam.
With Seoshin Elementary, Sangsin Middle, Soongsil Middle, and Soongsil High Schools all within a 3-minute walk, the area is a triple school zone offering excellent educational conditions. The complex is also conveniently located next to a public library and nearby academies. The Sinsa Neighborhood Park, which is half the size of Yeouido Park, is adjacent to the complex, providing a pleasant residential environment. Bongsan Park, Baekryeonsan Mountain, and Bulgwangcheon Stream are also nearby, ideal for light walks and exercise.
