Gyeongin Broadcasting Appoints Kang Hyo-sang and Jo Jeong-hwan as New CEOs
On the 21st, Gyeongin Broadcasting announced at its regular general shareholders' meeting and board of directors meeting that former TV Chosun News Headquarters Chief Kang Hyo-sang and current Vice President Jo Jeong-hwan have been appointed as the new co-CEOs.
New CEO Kang previously served as the Chief of TV Chosun News Headquarters, Editor-in-Chief of Chosun Ilbo, and CEO of Chosun Biz. He also served as a member of the 20th National Assembly, Chairman of the Korea Employment Welfare and Pension Research Institute, and advisor at the law firm Daeryuk Aju.
CEO Jo served as the Director of Administration at Seoul National University of Science and Technology and has worked as Vice President of Gyeongin Broadcasting since 2021.
