Saida Economy Opens 'Super Growth Class' for Prospective Food Service Entrepreneurs
Annual Sales of 8 Billion KRW Legend, SPM CEO Choi Seok-min Shares Practical Know-How
Saida Economy, a specialized platform for economic and financial education, announced on the 9th that it will hold the 'Super Growth Class Startup Beginner Course' for prospective restaurant business entrepreneurs.
The Super Growth Class Startup Beginner Course will be taught by Choi Seok-min, CEO of SPM, who achieved an annual sales record of 8 billion KRW within six years of starting his restaurant business.
CEO Choi currently operates 15 directly managed stores and over 80 franchise stores across 10 brands, including Choida Dining and Eoseul Cheongdam.
With outstanding commercial area analysis and branding strategies, he is recognized as a model case in restaurant management, having increased annual sales by 250% between 2020 and 2021 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Through this lecture, CEO Choi plans to share his entrepreneurial success story, selection of commercial areas and items, store operation management, as well as branding and marketing know-how.
In particular, all participants will receive one-on-one customized consulting, and some students who complete excellent startup plans will be selected to receive direct investments of up to 50 million KRW.
