[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Porsche Korea announced on the 25th that its third pop-up store, 'Porsche Now Seongsu,' has opened in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. The operation is managed by Seyoung Mobility, an official dealer of Porsche Korea.
Located in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, an area known for its culture, arts, and various cafes and restaurants, 'Porsche Now Seongsu' will showcase iconic past and innovative future through exhibitions of various classic cars and the pure electric sports car Taycan in a space with a total floor area of 538㎡ (163 pyeong). The exhibition interior reflects the unique characteristics of the region as well as the brand's emotional and eco-friendly values. In particular, the rotating classic car display is presented as a tribute exhibition by owners, demonstrating the Porsche brand's strengths in loyalty and heritage.
Additionally, the exhibition includes Porsche-related works reinterpreted by graphic artist Sam Byifen (Kim Se-dong), who advocates fake art, and coffee and desserts created in collaboration with Peln, which offers eco-friendly vegan beverage pairings. Furthermore, lecture programs inviting social leaders who can inspire various ideas will be held to communicate with the millennial generation about the present and future.
Holger Geyermann, CEO of Porsche Korea, said, "'Porsche Now' is an innovative concept pop-up store tailored to each region in Korea, having provided various experiences to Porsche customers and fans in Jeju and Busan," adding, "We hope many people visit the newly established 'Porsche Now Seongsu' in an area where they can feel Seoul's vibrant energy to experience the Porsche brand's value, history, and future."
