'Incheon International 1-Person Media Festival' to be Held December 3-4 in Songdo
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Hyesook] The '2022 Incheon International 1-Person Media Festival (2022 IISF)' will be held for two days from December 3 to 4 at Songdo Convensia Hall 1 in Songdo International City.
According to Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) on the 1st, this festival is prepared to provide a comprehensive view of the rapid changes in 1-person media within the new media ecosystem such as OTT (Over-The-Top online video services), metaverse, live commerce, and NFT (Non-Fungible Tokens). About 140 creator teams from home and abroad and around 150 companies related to broadcasting, equipment, and platforms are expected to participate.
Detailed events include a special stage where attendees can directly communicate with famous domestic and international creators, and a master class on the main stage where top domestic experts will forecast the future of the 1-person media business. A live commerce studio, metaverse pop-up store platform, and NFT experience center will also be operated.
Additionally, in the business zone, experience booths for 1-person media-related equipment and companies such as broadcasting relay and transmission, cameras, sound, and lighting will be operated. A special booth for 1-person creators and companies based in Incheon will also be prepared.
Practical business outcomes are also expected through the establishment of B2C (business-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) networks.
An Incheon TP official said, "We plan to sequentially reveal the famous creators who will participate in the special stage," adding, "We are preparing many enjoyable experiences and various fun events."

Meanwhile, the band Rolling Quartz, SejinKR (Park Sejin), who has 600,000 followers on TikTok, and global YouTuber It's Gina Kim, who promotes Korean culture and lifestyle, have been appointed as ambassadors for this event and will actively promote the festival.
