September Fifth Week, Over 1,500 Households Supplied Nationwide... Focus on Impact of Deregulation of Adjustment Areas

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Next week, more than 1,500 households will be supplied across five locations nationwide. Attention is focused on whether changes will appear in the sales market following the announcement on the 21st by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport regarding the removal of additional regulated areas.

According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 1,540 households (including officetels, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications in five locations nationwide during the fifth week of September.

In the metropolitan area, only officetels will be supplied at two locations. On the 26th, 'Incheon Gyeyang Utop Ubless' will be supplied in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon. It consists of 408 units with exclusive areas ranging from 40 to 59㎡. On the 27th, subscription applications will be accepted for the residential officetel 'Seongnam Sujin Station Paragon' located in Seongnam-dong, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province. It consists of 570 units with exclusive areas ranging from 39 to 69㎡.

In the provinces, three small apartment complexes with fewer than 400 households in total are scheduled for sale. Interest is focused on whether there will be changes in the provincial subscription market as the government removed 36 areas, including metropolitan cities and other provinces, from the regulated areas through the '3rd Housing Policy Deliberation Committee' on the 21st. The complexes 'Gangneung The Live Prestige (176 households)' in Jibyeon-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon Province, 'Jangseong Baulluce (70 households)' in Jangseong-eup, Jangseong-gun, Jeollanam-do, and 'Buseong Station Unam Firstville (316 households)' in Budae-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do will all be supplied on the 27th.
