Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply Over 5,700 Units in September
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Seventeen mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 5,773 housing units in September.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 31st that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing supply plans for September, 17 companies will supply a total of 5,773 units across 18 projects. This represents an increase of 1,178 units compared to last month (4,595 units) and 147 units compared to the same month last year (5,626 units).
In the metropolitan area, a total of 1,843 units will be supplied. ▲ Seoul 156 units ▲ Gyeonggi 1,687 units will be supplied, while there is no supply planned for Incheon. E& Construction and Seongho SI will supply 96 units of 'Central Gildong' located in Gildong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. In Gyeonggi, DL Construction will offer 430 units of 'e-Pyeonhansesang Jukjeon Premier Foret' in Jukjeon-dong, Yongin City.

In the provinces, 3,930 units will be supplied. The breakdown is ▲ Chungbuk 874 units ▲ Daejeon 851 units ▲ Gangwon 572 units ▲ Busan 557 units ▲ Daegu 541 units ▲ Ulsan 402 units ▲ Jeju 133 units. In Chungbuk, Jeil Construction will supply 874 units of 'Chungju Hoam Jeil Punggyeongchae' located in Hoam-dong, Chungju City. In Busan, Lotte Construction will offer 356 units of 'Hadan Lotte Castle' being built in Hadan-dong, Saha-gu.
