Gitple Chat Launches New Service API Chat 'Gitple Live'
Gitple Chat, a digital contact center construction company using chatbots (CEO Youngmin Cho), announced the launch of its new chat API service, 'Gitple Live.' As preference for chat channels has increased recently, especially among the MZ generation, the company has introduced API support so that each company can adopt it without the burden of separate development personnel.
An 'API' refers to core technology that enables efficient programming for operation. Even small and medium-sized companies lacking the capacity to implement chat functions separately can build chat channels without hiring additional developers. This allows for flexible workforce management.
Additionally, 'Gitple Live' implements differentiated chat functions by applying each company's individual design. It can be applied anywhere communication is needed, such as games, e-commerce, video streaming, internal messengers, and recruitment platforms.
Youngmin Cho, CEO of Gitple, stated, "This chat API was created by the team that built and operated Gitple Chat over the past four years, processing about 30 million messages. It is a service that can be enjoyed with a safe and stable environment and a reasonable billing system."
In fact, a Gitple representative explained that 'Gitple Live' provides a chat API dedicated to the client company within the client's cloud account to ensure security.
It can also be built on any desired server such as Naver Cloud Platform, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and has a reasonable billing system that applies tiered discounts based on usage.
