The "final puzzle" of Suwon I-Park City, a single-brand town by a major domestic construction company, is expected to be completed in August.
HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to consecutively sell apartments, residential officetels, land parcels, neighborhood living facilities, parking lots, and medical sites in Suwon I-Park City, which is being developed as a single-brand city with 7,000 households, in August.
Suwon I-Park City is attracting attention as a mini new town in the urban area, with outstanding transportation, education, lifestyle, and park facilities all concentrated within Suwon City. It is expected to be an optimal product for those hoping to purchase a home or invest under the "I-Park" brand.
First, the residential officetels will be supplied as "Suwon I-Park City Complex 11 and 12" divided between F1 and F2 blocks in the Gwonseon District, Gwonseon New Town, Suwon City. The F1 block consists of 4 buildings from basement level 4 to 13 floors above ground, with a total of 208 units ranging from 55 to 84 square meters in exclusive area. The F2 block also consists of 4 buildings from basement level 4 to 13 floors above ground, with a total of 221 units ranging from 55 to 84 square meters.
Next, Suwon I-Park City Complex 10 apartments will be built on C8 block in Gwonseon New Town, consisting of 3 buildings from basement level 2 to 14 floors above ground, with a total of 128 households, each with an exclusive area of 84 square meters.
A total of 185 land parcels will be sold. These include 24 parcels in Complex 1 (store-attached single-family houses), 56 parcels in Complex 2 (store-attached/general single-family house land), 54 parcels in Complex 3 (store-attached/general single-family house land), and 51 parcels in Complex 4 (store-attached/general single-family house land). They will be named I-Park Town Complex 1 and Complexes 2 to 4 respectively for sale.
Neighborhood living facilities, parking lots, and medical sites, which will serve as the living infrastructure functions of Gwonseon New Town, will also be sold.
The neighborhood living facilities will be supplied on a total area of 6,564 square meters, including G1 block with 2,924 square meters and G2 block with 3,639 square meters. Parking lots will be supplied on a total area of 6,038 square meters, including M1 block with 4,849 square meters and M2 block with 1,188 square meters. Additionally, a medical site of 5,660 square meters will be supplied on P1 block.
The residential officetels and apartments to be sold this time are all supplied as "I-Park" brand complexes, incorporating HDC Hyundai Development Company's technology, product quality, design, and philosophy. Therefore, they are expected to offer evolved living and future value to consumers, with distinctly superior product quality and convenience compared to other complexes.
In particular, the residential officetels are not subject to regulations such as multiple home ownership, re-winning restrictions, residential area, or mandatory residence period. Anyone aged 19 or older can apply without using a subscription savings account, providing equal opportunities for subscription. Thus, it is expected to be an optimal product for consumers with low subscription scores.
These complexes are located within walking distance of Suwon Bus Terminal and Seryu Station on Line 1, making them walkable station-area complexes. They also have access to a wide-area transportation network including the Osan-Yongin Expressway Seryu IC (planned) and GTX-C (planned). Once GTX-C (planned) opens at Suwon Station in the future, residents will be able to travel faster without transfers to Yangjae, Samsung Station, and other locations. Additionally, the complexes have excellent proximity to workplaces, with easy access to Dongtan 1 New Town, Hwaseong in Suwon, and Samsung Electronics campuses in Giheung.
Nearby schools include Namsuwon Elementary School, Gwonseon Middle School, and Gokjeong High School, forming a strong school district. Various university campuses such as Kyonggi University, Sungkyunkwan University, and Kyung Hee University are also concentrated nearby. Furthermore, educational environments are excellent with academy districts in Yeongtong and Mangpo nearby.
