Scop Information & Communication Enters Smart Platform Market... Presents New Solutions Including 'iPScan NAC RPM'
Scop Information & Communication has announced its entry into the smart platform market by launching new solutions: ‘IPScan NAC RPM’, ‘IPScan IoT’, and ‘IPScan Home IoT’.
‘IPScan NAC RPM’ is a flagship solution that adds a Remote Power Manager (RPM) function to Scop Information & Communication’s ‘IPScan NAC V7.0’. The ‘IPScan NAC V7.0’, which combines an IP resource management system with Network Access Control (NAC), can control and regulate the network access of all devices connected to the internal network, prevent data leakage within the company, determine whether essential security solutions are installed to address vulnerabilities, and offers various other features.
‘IPScan NAC RPM’ performs all the functions of the existing ‘IPScan NAC V7.0’, including △strengthening internal security management △increasing network operation efficiency △easy deployment and visibility. Thanks to the RPM function, it can communicate with servers via a separate IP. This enables management of IPs located physically far away at client sites or remote locations, and over 95% of failures can be resolved through a two-step initial response, reducing the need for on-site visits.
By adding hardware-based power management functions to enable remote power control during long-distance operations or emergencies, issues occurring outside of working hours, equipment malfunctions, and simulated training exercises can be addressed more quickly to restore services. Scop Information & Communication has developed a lineup with various performance levels to maximize the utilization of ‘IPScan NAC RPM’, allowing application according to the scale of the client’s policy server and probes.
The new smart platform services ‘IPScan IoT’ and ‘IPScan Home IoT’, born from Scop Information & Communication’s solid technological capabilities, are also attracting significant attention in the industry.
The IoT gateway solution ‘IPScan IoT’ was designed to enhance the security of IoT sensor data. It supports various communication modules (LoRa, NB-IoT, LTE, WiFi, RS232, etc.) to meet customer requirements.
‘IPScan Home IoT’ is a solution developed for multi-family housing environments where immediate security enhancement is required. It complies with legal security regulations without physically modifying the home network, thereby reducing the economic burden on users.
