The company stated, "This lawsuit is a demand for patent transfer, not patent infringement, and since the lawsuit amount is below the disclosure obligation threshold, it does not require disclosure. However, we are issuing this explanatory disclosure." It added, "We have only filed patents for technologies independently developed by us, and the patents involved in the reported lawsuit are also owned by EMTEK. Therefore, the news claiming that these patents were transferred to EMTEK's subsidiaries is not true."
