Since the beginning of this year, by linking with distribution companies with nationwide sales networks such as Lotte Mart and Chorokmaeul through B2B business connections, sales of agricultural and livestock products such as apples, melons, strawberries, and pork have been supported, achieving a total linked sales of 2.3 billion KRW.
B2B (Business to Business) refers to commerce conducted between companies.
Through live commerce sales, which have established themselves as a new online sales platform, 100 million KRW in sales were achieved, greatly revitalizing local farms.
Additionally, 31 village-level agricultural food distribution vulnerable farms (small-scale farms, elderly farmers, female farmers, etc.) were organized and supported with online sales network construction, customer management, and more, resulting in sales of 600 million KRW.
Through a special sales section on the Gyeongbuk agricultural specialties online shopping mall ‘Saiseo,’ over 150 million KRW in sales were made, alleviating farmers' concerns about sales channels.
Along with these projects, the province is supporting live commerce studios and providing broadcasting education, sales management, and customer satisfaction training to help farms build self-sustainability, while expanding collaboration with large distribution companies and related organizations to secure stable demand channels for agricultural products.
