High-end Residential-Commercial Officetel and Urban Lifestyle Housing 'Agados Plus' Launches Sales
The high-end mixed-use residential facility ‘Agados Plus’ is launching its sales.
Agados Plus is located adjacent to Exit 3 of Yeomchang Station on Line 9 in Mok-dong, Yangcheon-gu, and is planned to be completed in March 2024. It will be constructed with a scale from 2 basement floors to 13 above-ground floors, consisting of 10 commercial stores, 10 urban lifestyle housing units, and 80 officetel units.

Agados Plus is a high-end concept residential facility targeting mainly 1- to 2-person households, featuring full-option large home appliances from major corporations, beam projectors and screens installed in each unit, and luxurious finishes to add an upscale ambiance. Additionally, it offers residents exclusive rooftop terraces, an outdoor swimming pool, and a cafeteria, along with hotel-style concierge services.
Its location, right next to Yeomchang Station on Subway Line 9, allows commuting to Gangnam in 30 minutes and Yeouido in about 10 minutes, which is a strong competitive advantage. By road, it is close to Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Olympic-daero, and Seobu Ganseon-ro.
Meanwhile, the surrounding area includes school districts such as Yeomdong Elementary, Yanghwa Elementary, Yangdong Middle, and Yeomchang Middle schools. Various convenience facilities such as E-Mart, Homeplus, traditional markets, CGV (Deungchon), Lotte Cinema (Gayang), and community centers are also concentrated nearby.
