Legal Document Auto-Creation Platform 'Loform' Secures 3.5 Billion KRW Series A Funding
LawForm, an automatic legal document drafting platform by Amicus Rex, announced that it has secured approximately 3.5 billion KRW in Series A funding.
LawForm is a platform that provides a service enabling easy automatic completion of documents such as certified mail, contracts, and complaints based on case-centered big data and AI.
This investment was made through D-CAMP. The main investors include Laguna Investment and Iris Investment.
In the current domestic legal tech market, which focuses on lawyer search and connection, LawForm has been providing legal document solutions that consumers can directly experience. As a result, it has attracted attention for addressing the fundamental problems of the high-cost legal service market and expanding the market.
LawForm stated, “Despite strong resistance from legal organizations in the legal tech field last year, we were able to achieve stable high growth. This is because companies that previously only drafted employment contracts began to create documents with higher entry barriers such as employee pledge letters and shareholder agreements after experiencing LawForm. Additionally, individual members have been able to use contracts they previously found inconvenient or did not know about, such as domestic helper and childcare care contracts, bringing changes to the market.”
