Active Police Officer Booked for Assaulting Ex-Girlfriend

Seoul Bangbae Police Station announced on the 1st that Sergeant A, affiliated with a police substation in Seoul, has been booked and is under investigation for assault.
According to the police, Sergeant A is accused of visiting the home of ex-lover B in Seocho-gu at around 11:25 a.m. on the 28th of last month, hitting B's neck, grabbing B by the collar, pushing B against the wall, and assaulting B's face.
During the police investigation, it was revealed that Sergeant A had received a warning in January related to a stalking report.
