Mid-sized Housing Industry to Supply 9,014 Units Nationwide in March
[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Nineteen mid-sized housing companies plan to supply 9,014 housing units nationwide next month.
The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 25th that, based on a survey of its member companies' March housing supply plans, 19 companies will supply a total of 9,104 units across 19 projects.
This figure represents a 72% (3,803 units) increase compared to last month (5,301 units), but a 20% (2,263 units) decrease compared to March last year (11,367 units).

By region, Gyeongsangnam-do leads with 2,467 units, followed by Gyeonggi with 2,277 units. Other planned supplies include Daegu with 1,985 units, Ulsan with 1,002 units, Busan with 631 units, Chungnam with 606 units, and Seoul with 136 units.
