On the 16th, Lee held a street campaign near Exit 11 of Gangnam Station in Seoul and said, "Whether the rule is big or small, we must follow what we have agreed upon," adding, "Isn't a fair country one where those with higher status and greater power follow even the smallest rules better?"
He emphasized, "What is important for maintaining our community is order," and said, "A fair country is one where agreed-upon rules are well observed, where breaking rules does not bring benefits, and where following rules is never a loss."
Lee pointed to a sign language interpreter standing beside him, saying, "Everyone is wearing masks, right? Even we who are giving speeches here must wear masks," and explained, "This person has to do sign language interpretation with their face, so they inevitably (take off the mask to interpret)."
He then targeted candidate Yoon, saying, "I won't say who I am talking about, but even for very minor rules or trivial agreements, a person who is a leader or wants to become one should follow them first, yet he is the one who breaks them the most. Does he have the qualifications?"
