Since January this year, SK Stoa has been conducting monthly online quality incident prevention training aimed at building consensus for product quality improvement. Starting with food safety management guideline training in 2021, the training covered safety management, systems, and regulations for various products including textiles, leather goods, household chemical products, imported goods, functional clothing, and accessories.
Initially, offline group training was planned for partners and merchandise planners (MDs), but due to COVID-19, the training method was changed to online videos. Even if attendance on the training day was not possible, employees and partners could watch the training videos anytime through the company’s groupware and partner systems. Highly specialized instructors from organizations such as the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute, Sein Customs Corporation, Korea Construction & Living Environment Testing Research Institute, and FITI Testing & Research Institute were invited, and questions were collected in advance to be reflected in the lectures.
ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) related training was also conducted quarterly. In February, training on environmental labeling advertising management systems was held; in June, resource recycling laws; and in September, training on environmentally friendly packaging materials. This month, training related to product packaging regulations is scheduled.
