[Featured Stock] HDC iControls Launches Robot Delivery Service for 'Baemin' in Gwanggyo... MOU Highlights '↑'
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] HDC iControls is showing strong performance. It appears to be influenced by the news that Woowa Brothers, the operator of the delivery app Baedal Minjok, has started a service delivering food by robot from restaurants to the front door of each apartment unit.
As of 10:16 AM on the 15th, HDC iControls was trading at 12,950 KRW, up 5.28% (650 KRW) compared to the previous trading day.
On this day, Woowa Brothers announced that they have launched the 'D2D (Door to Door) Robot Delivery Service' using the autonomous delivery robot Dilly Drive at the mixed-use apartment complex 'Gwanggyo Alleyway' in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. This D2D robot delivery service offers a higher level of service compared to the outdoor delivery robot service that has been operating for over a year since August last year at Gwanggyo Alleyway.

Last month, Woowa Brothers announced that they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the 'Robot Delivery Service Construction Project' with IoT specialist company HDC iControls. The core of this MOU is linking the home IoT server with the delivery robots. HDC iControls operates the server that controls the wall pads in each unit and the interlocking and notifications of the main entrance doors, which is then linked with Baemin’s delivery robots.
