Stokke decided to acquire Babyzen after determining that the core values pursued by Babyzen align with Stokke's corporate philosophy, which prioritizes sustainability, design, and child growth. Through this acquisition, Stokke has completed a broad premium stroller lineup and portfolio, ranging from its premium deluxe stroller Explorer to the portable lightweight stroller YOYO.
